What's On in 2011  - Protect your market share

As we enter our seventh year of publication, we fully appreciate the challenges that lie ahead for the coming season. We have been working hard throughout the winter on developing innovative ways to increase business for our advertisers and improve our service to the visitor. It promises to be a tough season for everyone operating within the tourism industry, and if there’s less of the pie to go around, then What’s On will be here to make sure you get your share of that pie!

Of course it’s not all doom and gloom. While Ireland’s financial reputation may have taken a severe dent, its reputation as a tourist destination is still excellent. Readers of Frommer’s travel guides voted Ireland into first place as the top tourist destination for 2011 on frommers.com!

Advertising in What's On will improve your sales!

Attracting more customers should be a top priority for any business. In busy times, it is easy to loose sight of this goal, but when quieter times arrive, it becomes an absolute necessity. Stack the odds in your favour this season by creatively communicating and engaging with your potential customers through one of our advertising campaigns.

What’s On is the only tourism publication in Galway that allows you to change your sales message every two weeks – you can use this to your advantage. Businesses that use this facility get the most results from their advertisements. We invite you to talk to us about how to make a difference to your bottom line this season.
